Job Description

  • As the largest and a leading sharia bank Indonesia which established since 1999, on its way BSM (Bank Syariah Mandiri) control the largest sharia banking national market on its segment. BSM provides great attention to human capital management. This is reflected by the various recruitment methods, including through ODP (Officer Development Program) path. ODP is a BSM talent development program in anticipating sharia banking  industry developments and challenges. ODP participant is prepared to be projected as a BSM leader cadres who will occupy a strategic positions in the future.

Qualification and General Requirements

  • Possess Bachelor / Master degree in any discipline except, Teaching, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health and Nursing.
  • Active in organizational activities, both within and outside the campus.
  • Minimum GPA Bachelor degree 3.01
  • Minimum GPA Master degree 3.20
  • Proficient in English both spoken and written.
  • Not married.
  • Maximum age 26 years old.
  • Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, highly motivated, and likes the challenge.
  • Willing to not get married during the ODP training program.
  • Willing to be placed anywhere in BSM network throughout Indonesia.
  • Computer literated, minimum in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
  • Never follow Bank Syariah Mandiri employees selection process in last 6 months.
